Toni Langham
Why is it that when someone asks you to talk about yourself, your mind suddenly goes blank — even though you’ve spent your entire life becoming the person you are?
Well… here goes.
I’m Toni, and I joined the beauty industry in 2017 after experiencing a whole range of different jobs but never quite finding my thing. That all changed when I discovered nails, and later expanded into beauty. I fell in love with the creativity, the precision, and the ability to make people feel confident and cared for. From that moment, I became deeply passionate about developing my skills, raising my working standards, and continually progressing to the next level — especially within nails and lashes.
That drive led me to some incredible opportunities, including becoming part of an amazing ambassador team representing a major brand. From there, my career opened up in ways I never expected, allowing me to grow not only as a technician, but as a businesswoman too. I developed a strong passion for business growth, understanding how successful salons are built, sustained, and evolved — and how education plays a vital role in that.
Education came naturally. After months of offering tips, advice, and support to thousands of professionals for free, I was encouraged to complete my AET (Award in Education). Once qualified, I was invited to join the education team at another company, where I spent several years teaching, supporting new educators, helping to write training manuals, and guiding team members as they joined the business.
In 2021, I opened my first salon — a space I’m incredibly proud of. It quickly became a professional yet safe and welcoming environment, where clients from all walks of life felt comfortable, respected, and cared for. Creating that experience — and seeing the confidence and satisfaction clients leave with — remains one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
When the education company I worked with later came to an end, a few close friends in the industry and I knew it was time to create something of our own — something we felt was truly missing from the market.
That vision became an affordable beginner’s course, built with high educational standards, real-world business insight, and ongoing support at its core. A course designed not just to teach skills, but to nurture confidence, encourage growth, and help others build sustainable, fulfilling careers in nails, lashes, and beauty — just as I’ve been fortunate enough to do.
