I recently had the most wonderful experience at Norfolk HQ, thanks to the incredible Lauren. I went in for an Indian head massage, and she was simply calm and refreshing from start to finish. She did an amazing job, making the whole experience feel truly special. To top it off, she even made me a lovely fruit tea afterwards! I was also pleased to see they have loyalty cards. I left feeling absolutely amazing and I'll definitely be back soon!

I've been going to see the wonderful Toni for nearly two years now.
She is brilliant. I always have a lovely time visiting her. She not only does a fantastic job on my nails but also knows what mood I'm in. If I feel like calm and quiet we just chill while she does her work. If I feel like a chat we usually end up laughing alot!
Every single time I have been to see her I have loved my nails.
I'll go in with a picture or idea of what I would like and she always makes them look better than the picture!
She gives me advice on how to look after them!
Love visiting her and love her work. Highly recommend.

Completed a builder gel workshop today to help build up my confidence since qualifying in gel nails. Tony is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Toni is amazing. She’s so talented, my nails look perfect and last for longer than anyone else has ever managed. Shes also really knowledgeable, gives great advice and designs always look perfect. Couldn’t recommend more.
